dude not only that, it supposedly is going to come with a dash cam with data-logger that shows gear, revs, speed, brake pedal position, accelerator pedal position and some other things too. I have NEVER seen a factory car offer a data-logger/camera setup like that; it sounds incredibly sick for track days.

I can almost promise you guys there won't be a ZR-1, it just doesn't make sense. I have a hard time imagining 700-800 HP being safe and usable for a RWD street car. C4 and C6 had a ZR-1, C5 didn't, and C7 won't. Mark my words. But perhaps a higher performance Z07 package Z06 will be in the works.

I'd imagine if there is a ZR-1, it would be more akin to what they did with the ZL1.
Reduce a lot of weight, even more dedicated race suspension, and remapped ECU's... Basically everything else besides increase HP although I'm not entirely sure this C7 Z06 has any room for improvement. |
