335i Mechanical/Misc. Issues?

So I was reading some user reviews of the new 335i and I happened to notice some people were have some problems with the oil temperature getting too hot.

Others were having a lot of problems with the "sports package" tires being too sensitive or wearing too quickly.

So, to all E90/92 335i owners, did you encounter these issues?

Did you encounter any other "common" issues, and if so, were they fixed immediately or properly?

I ask this because I am considering leasing a new E92 335.

Thanks.

At 12K + miles and no oil temperature problem and tires are doing well.

Oil temp problems are only for those tracking their cars, and mostly isolated to Steps on 80+ degree days after a few hot laps.

The tires issue is blown way out of proportion IMHO by those who typically get a/m wheels and tires. Also, for drag racing they aren't very good, but what street tires is? I got BBS wheels but kept the stock tires and do track my car a Step e90 with the oil cooler retrofit.
