some of the posted movies besides a select few are mainly well known run of the mill moves. Must see means a different breed of movies. One's that will move you in a certain way.

1. A Clockwork Orange - Sheer madness and craziness it is so unique.
2. Requiem For A Dream - Great movie about the effect of drugs. Truly emotional.
3. Fight Club - One of the few movies I agree to be amazing. It has a great meaning, great fighting and the writer of the original story is great.
4. Kids - Great movie that shows how some kids lives can be messed up.
5. Platoon - Best war movie by far. Atleast one of them. Great movie by Oliver Stone.
6. Reservoir Dogs
7. City of God
8. Idiocracy
9. Garden State
10. The Professional

i am pretty upset lol, that movie should have kicked ass. they just didnt advertise it well. most of the people i asked didnt even know about the movie... im sure if they actually tried to put some commercials, it would have owned it up big time. i think it has to be the most underrated/underestimated movie of the year.

and yeah... i am in love with Clive Owen .

Shoot 'Em Up was so ridiculous, it was awesome. Never a slow moment, perfect for people with ADD.

Groundhog Day
Old Boy
The Prestige
El Maquinista
The Great Escape
Reservoir Dogs
El Laberinto del Fauno
Cidade de Deus
Leon
Infernal Affairs

Those are just some that come to mind, I don't really have favorites. If a movie keeps me interested, then it's good enough for me.

meh. u wont be disappointed. he kills 3 ppl with a carrot! and if you appriciate innovative gun fights, you wont be disappointed. i must say, the one liners were a bit cheap, but im the kind of guy who enjoys blazin' gun fights. this movie is somehting ive always wanted from a movie. just raw, nonstop action. and i really enjoyed the sex scene... he still kills people while fucking the girl... dude... omg. fucking awesome.

plus, we have the similar kind of humor, so im sure you would enjoy it. at worst, you will say "well. it was worth the 7.50". thats AT WORST!
