if it was a Jeep, it was the SRT8. you shouldn't be too suprised based on the specs:

6.1-litre V8, OHV, 16 valves
Horsepower 420 @ 6200 rpm
Torque 420 lb-ft @ 4800 rpm

Even though it weighs about a 1000 lbs more than the 335, it's packing a lot of power.

if you are stock, I can believe it. they run mid to low 13's stock and launch like crazy with the all wheel drive. from a dig, even with a piggyback you'll likely get pulled. I raced one on the highway and pulled a car or two, but from a dig to 60 or 70 I'm not so sure...

If it bruises your ego, then get Procede V2 and practice your launches. I prefer the stealth launch, make it look like you're not really trying.

That shit can handle well at very high speeds. It's a fuckin' monster, but you are definately right with the quality. The interior looked like pure ass.

A PROcede 335i pulls on a Jeep GC SRT-8, unless he's got some mods. I've run with 3 SRT-8s...a Chrysler 300C SRT-8, a Dodge Charger SRT-8, and the Jeep GC SRT-8...beat them all by at least 1.5 CLs. The Charger SRT-8 was the most challenging and I beat him 2x from a dig to ~ 110mph; he got a better launch then me, but I caught up and we were even until I hit 3rd gear, when I pulled 1.5 CLs ahead.

I swear you mention procede in every one of your posts If you're talking about 0-60, I think in this case, due to how consistently well the jeep launches, you may be off base on this assumption though. If you're just doing a 0-60 run the launch can be everything. A rwd e92, especially a manual, is going to have to have a really good driver behind the wheel to be able to beat an srt8 jeep 0-60.

One of many reasons to have the 6AT! And, yes, my car IS faster than these stock SRT-8s; proven several times with 3 different SRT-8s...been there, done that.
