Good bye to my 335I

My car is total loss, hit from behind by an out of control Mercedes SUV few weeks ago while waiting on a red arrow light. My 335i did a good job taking the hit and I walked away with a soar neck for a few days. 7 cars accident and one guy killed.(sad) I had to force open the trunk to get my camera out ....:broke nhea

I was looking for a new car today, test drive the infinity G35 and Lexus I miss my 335i.

why not stay in the BMW family man? We'd love to have you stay. It's surely a sad thing to have to get one of those .

Why are you saying bye? The 335i may have just saved your butt

I'd be out there picking up a new 335i with the specs just the way I wanted it if the one I had was missing something.

Good bye to the old 335i as I got another one few hours ago.

I was looking for a new car today as My 335i AT sedan is total loss.
After test drive the G35 coupe, I went back to my rental car (Mazda 3)
head straight to BMW dealer and drive home a new fully loaded 335I AT sedan.

My new 335i is Black sapphire too
sport package with paddle shifters
premium package
idrive, satellite radio and ipod USB
park distance control

The new sedan startup lot better compare to the my old 335I.
I notice the fuel pump is different (I think will take pics)and two oil cooler. It drive alot smoother than my dec 335I, both have sport package.
It front lights turn on when I unlock the car ... I think my old sedan doesn't.

Thanks, I'm back.

I was thinking of saying good bye last nite to e90 post .... This morning the infinity and Lexus failed to get me over.

last Saturday, first time after the accident I went to the body shop to look at it and stay in the damage car for an hour....that was my saddest hour in my life.
Then I had to remove the roof spoiler, eye libs and roundels from it ... very sad I didn't cry but almost

The New 335I feel lots better with the new upgrades ... I think BMW fixes and add new upgrade to it. The startup sounded very different.

man i wouldve claimed the soar neck for some sort of insurance pay out and waited for the E90 M3! Patience is a virtue my friend. If the army were to send me to iraq again i would just come back and trade in my 335i for an M3

why bother posting if you haven't read the entire thread?

1) he said his car was written off as a total loss

2) he already got another 335i to replace the one that was totalled
