Here are some pictures I took at Saturday's race. The weather was terrible at first, GT and DP qualifiers were spinning out on turn 1 before the race, but at least it dried out after the race started. Sunday it rained like mad and I heard the track was a huge mess all day. You can see from the photos that attendance was really low, which actually made for a better experience if you went because it was full access to anywhere you wanted to go all day. We went through the pits and the starting line with the cars/drivers, started the race at the bleachers on turn 5, then to turns 2 and 3, with the finish under the boxes up in the grandstand. There is one photo of a white M3 that was doing laps prior to the race; I still don't know why but he was hauling a$$ in the rain, lol.

Loved watching the ST class; civics, minis, Mazda 3's, 328's, 1's; lots of fun.

Close; Homestead Motor Speedway which is about 15 minutes south. This series ran in downtown Miami a few years back though.
