Scheduled pickup in March. Here I am 4 weeks later, and still no scheduled pickup date. Horrible service, unreturned emails, unreturned phone calls, promised pickup dates (4 of them), and absolutely no compassion from the customer service reps nor the manager. Didn't even apologize when I called to cancel.

Now I am lined up with these guys:

Lets see how this goes, dear god I hope it's better.
I'd really like my (wife's) new ride to get here. I have boxes of parts and pieces awaiting the arrival.

Just wanted to rant, and maybe this will help someone else down the road.
