got a flat tire today
On my wheelbarrow. So I was reading the sidewall to see how much air it needed, and it says, "NOT FOR HIGHWAY USE."
![]() Finally on the other side, it said max pressure is 40 PSI. I dunno, I got up to about 14 and it seemed like it was going to pop, so I stopped. Then, it seems to have a bulge from where it was sitting flat. I don't know if I should replace it or not, my wife tends to take the corners around the garden a bit fast.... |

Sounds like it may be time to upgrade to a run-flat wheelbarrow tire. I have one on mine and have no complaints. Unlike the e90's - the ride does not seem to suffer.

Is this the one you guys are recommending, the "flat-free?"
http://www.amazon.com/Marathon-Indus...d_sim_sbs_lg_1 I'm wondering if I use it, would it void the warranty? Also, I was thinking about going from 6" rims to 8". The guy at the home center store said, "I don't recommend it." He said the low pro's actually have a lower capacity and they can't be responsible if I spill my mulch after a +2 conversion. What do you guy think? ![]() |

Can not tell you have many times I fixed the inner-tube on the wheelbarrow, damn thorns from rose bushes and stuff does it every time. Probably worth looking at something more solid then having tube.

Anyway, I just called them about the 8" rims and there's only one left, but the guy on the phone said, "Listen, I have no idea what you're talking about. Our computer doesn't show what offset your True Temper C6 W30SC needs, and I don't know what psi you should be running in the garden vs. the track." I swear they don't give associates enough training anymore the way they did in the old days. ![]() |
