I just picked up my accord from progressive after being hit by a lady. The total cost + supplement = $8,850.00

Total value of my '00 accord ~$10,000.00

Originally They said that the total cost of damage should be 75% of the value of the car but when i picked up the car, they are now going back on their story saying the "if the car is 6 years or older, the damage should equal 100% of the total cash value of the car"

However, the virginia DMV site states otherwise.

defination of a late model vehicle:
