I just can't wake up in the morning. Which alarm clock?
I have mad trouble getting up in the morning. Especially lately. It is harder and harder to wake up at 7am. "Sleep early!" is not an option, I deal with overseas transactions and Korea's 5pm is fortunately 1am here.
I was thinking about this one Japanese built clock where the size of the clock is about size of a husky and has a hammer. Suppose, you aim the hammer towards ur head before you sleep and it wakes you up by smashing your face. I was close to buying it for $250. This was couple months ago. After pressing the snooze button for like 2 hours today and absolutely late for all the schedules I had, I'm fed up with it. I'm getting "some" alarm clocks. Plural. So here are 10 best alarms picked by UberReview. http://www.uberreview.com/2006/03/to...arm-clocks.htm I'm thinking of getting the "Clocky" alarm, the one with wheels. Put it on the floor. And maybe in addition, add this near the nightstand, and put the bed shaker under my pillow. http://www.amazon.com/Sonic-Alert-SB...ef=pd_sim_hg_9 Wish I could get this one. A more expensive or more annoying alarm clock isn't going to make up for sleep deprivation. Any way you can take an hour nap during the day? My schedule is similar to yours, I'm up past midnight and awake between 6:30 and 7. I take an hour nap in the afternoon/evening and ever since I started doing that, my sleep pattern has been more regular and not as hard to get up in the morning.

Silent Hill was a great game AND a great movie! The movie actually answered the most important question which the game failed to do. Loved it.

as a person who used to struggle waking up I can say with 100% certainty that this will be useless.
There have been many times in the past where I've gotten up, turned off the alarm clock and not even realized it when I eventually DO wake up |

I have a hard time waking up when my room is dark. Once the sunlight shines through my window, my brain tells me to wake up. I'm not sure if light helps you to wake up, but maybe you can have some sort of timer that will turn your lights on in the morning.

get some more sleep during the day. i'm weird in that i have an internal alarm clock built into me. i LITERALLY can wake up within minutes of the time I tell myself to get up, first time, everytime. if i have to get up at 6:30, i wake up at 6:25. that is of course if i didn't go to sleep at 3 am last night and have to get up at 6.

Maybe an alarm clock outside of your room? I also like the idea of the blinds open; thats why i removed my blackout shades.

1. Remove shades
2. don't use a phone for an alarm clock, your body gets too used to the ring. 3. use multiple alarm clocks 4. have a reason to get up (like go make coffee) 5. BUY A CLOCKY! http://www.nandahome.com/ |

i stopped using it, but what i found to have worked for me for a while was a soft alarm. like gentle alarm on android phone. it gradually wakes me up and i wake up feeling natural and refreshed, not like i've been jolted awake by some alarm ring.
