Where to get disposable waterproof cameras developed digitally?

Went on vacation, bought some Kodak waterproof cameras. Took pictures snorkeling, climbing waterfalls, etc. I would like these pictures as digital pictures, where would be the best place to get this done? Ritz?

I haven't had the best of luck with pharmacy picture developing at all, and would like this done well.

I'm hoping these can be scanned as good, high resolution digital pictures. Anyone have any experience/reccomendations with this? I don't really care too much about hardcopies, I can print the (hopefully high-res) pics that I like on my own.

the fact that they were waterproof cameras has no bearing, just go to wherever you usually go

True. So what's the best place to get disposable camera developed to digital photos. I have a digital camera, and when I did use a normal camera a while ago, I always got hardprints. I'm interested in getting really good film -> digital file results.

Thanks. I was leaning towards finding a Ritz.. How are the quality of the digitial pics??
