received a clear title from the state on my tahoe that has a lien

so i just bought a 2010 chevy tahoe a few weeks ago and today i received a clear title in my name from the state, no lienholder. it's definitely financed so i'm wondering who fucked up, not that i really want to correct the problem. what should i do?

I would call them... Funny story I heard in the news... A man went to check his bank account and for some crazy reason there was 50k more in there than last time... So he took some out and spent it... He went to jail cus it was the banks mistake and the money was not his...

Doubt that. Bank errors have been a long standing "lucky" event.

this exact thing happened to me. I kept "forgetting" to fix it and the bank ended up calling me asking for their title. I had to go down to the tax office and get them to fix it.
