Hello all!
I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place for this question, so mods move this if I'm off target.

Ive got an L shaped 3 car garage and I'm looking for a good workbench, cabinets, and storage system for all the random crap I have. Im also looking for something to cover the floor and make the garage really look nice, ether epoxy surface, cheap ceramic tile, or the rubberized floor mats.

So 2 questions:

What brands of cabinets/benches/organizational equipment do you all use? I'm shooting sturdy without a huge price. I likely need a bench, a medium sized tool organizer, a cabinet or two and a standing cabinet. (Anything else that is hugely hand?)

What floor coverings do you guys recommend? (Again sturdy and bang for the buck.)

I have the Gladiator cabinets from Sears. You can get a good deal on them when they have their sales. They won't cost you a lot of money and have pretty good quality.
I have one very large cabinet (about 6' tall x 3' deep) and two smaller cabinest that hand on the wall.
I have the Gladiator workbench as well (6' long). It is really sturdy and high enough to fit my air compressor under it so it's out of the way (added bonus).

Again, these are not high prices items and work very well.

My garage has a custom made work bench by Tesla (Communist like brand, doubt you'll be able to get it in the states)... not much to it...

Other than that I have a Beta SuperTank which I really like, as the table ontop of it is super useful in my application... the opening system takes a while to get used to, but it works well. I can therefore recommend the Beta Super tank, or I suppose anything from Beta (Ferrari uses them in their factories, btw)

Build your own workbench. I just put one in my garage and total spent on materials was about $100. I found a reclaimed, solid wood door from a builders salvage place for $30. It was 6' 11" by 36". I ripped it down to 30" and used it as my top. With a few coats of urethane sealer it makes an excellent grease/oil/gunk proof surface. I bought 2/4's for framing and a sheet of 3/4" plywood(not the outdoor kind) for a shelf.

For cabinets check out Lowe's, depot, costco and sears. I have a melamine cabinet from Lowe's that does it's job. It's 6' tall, 3' wide and about a foot deep. I can store chemicals, paint and detailing supplies. I think it was $75 or so.

For floor coating you can get industrial tiles fairly cheap or I would suggest a good epoxy. Do NOT get the floor coating from Lowe's or Home depot. They have the cheesy rustoleum stuff. There's a thread on the forum from a while back that recommends a good coating. I don't remember the site.
Make sure you get one with some good texture so you don't slip on wet floors.

was going to suggest the same thing. one guy in WA built an amazing separate structure to house his toys in and its gorgeous, even has a water view.
