No,but I know people who did. It's not painful or anything, but I was told it's cheaper and more effective. At least you don't need to put those white strips every night.

I've had it done at the dentist. It was the procedure where they put gel on your teeth and aim a light at them for a while. Awesome results, but when the dentist asks if you want painkillers, take them, no matter what. It may not happen to everyone, but my teeth were so sensitive afterwards I couldn't even get saliva on them. Like imagine sinking your teeth into ice cream. I had to resort to Ambien to just sleep it off, but it wasn't fun.
Edit: mine was a gift, but pretty sure it was $250-$300 |

I'm all for good hygiene, but don't get them unnaturally white. Nothing screams bag-of-douche more than teeth as shiny as freshly-waxed AW.

I'm very sensitive about how my teeth look and I've tried couple of things to make it perfect white.
I can tell you that all the stuff out there you could buy at the store are really waste of money. I mean some of them really work but pain is just too much to endure. Those strip things are really annoying to wear and not so pleasant to do it every day and gel types are pretty effective but it hurts bad. Bright smile is the one you should really use from dentist. It's usually around $300~400 and it works. It seems costly compare to other stuff but much easier and get the result done. |
