What is the most beautiful/sporty car produced in the past 10 years?
I am starting a "toy account" and I am thinking I want a Aston Martin V8 Vantage. I think that takes the cake for a car I can purchase used for under 100K. Second choice would be Maserati GranTurismo.

I don't know about you guys, but its been nearly 20 years and it still looks awesome to me, cant say the same for most other cars from 1991. What a timeless car, both the 1st gen and the 2nd gen looks beautiful to me. Its aged so well. Quite sad to see it go away finally, especially the racing version which continued to race after the car was discontinued in spite of increasing restrictions on mid engine race car and newer rivals (R35, SC430). Farewell !
One of the most underrated car ever, reliable supercar, with racing pedigree in LeMans, born from Formula 1 (Aryton Senna, Honda F1) and GT500. Where I live, I see more Ferrari, Lambo, R8 and Porsche. No one even know what this car is when is out on the road, got nice mystery around it XD

e46 m3. it still turn my head everytime i see one, even in stock form.
invest the remaining 80k for your future. agree about the nsx. however if you have to spend the 100k, used 997.1 gt3 rs or audi r8 v8. |

used NSX hands down...they can be had from anywhere in the 30-40 range...the amount of available aftermarket support is incredible, not to mention the car is a rock...almost 20 years and it still looks hot and tears cars 15 years newer than it apart at the track

If you're limiting it to 100k then Ferrari 360.

I think its the sexiest 2 door sports coupe out there! I mean if you wanna just enjoy it on the sunday drives, may I suggest getting a vert, comes with a light softop, same performance as a coupe! and the exhaust noise is to die for! (Make sure you pull fuse 22 I think, it leaves the exhaust valve thingie open, which otherwise normally opens above 5000RPM ) Make sure you get one with remaining factory warranty, these cars have been pretty reliable but you get the odd problem here and there, so safer to get A CPO one from an aston dealer like a 2007+, since you are spending close to $100K, you can easily get it in that budget! Other choices like DBS will be too expensive, and not under 100K And the R8 albeit a nice car, doesnt have the same pedigree, beauty, and soul of an aston martin The Ferrari 360 is starting to look dated, especially now that the 458 Italia is released! And remember the ferrari will be nosebleed on maintenance So Aston's maintenance will be more in lines with porsche, which will be more reasonable and you wont see every joe blow driving one. So Aston FTW |

However, it can be argued that this is a good choice, newer design, ferrari-derived engine. The GranTurismo S, is sexy with performance to match! The big difference between the Vantage and Granturismo is 2 vs 4 seater! So it depends what you are looking for? Otherwise I would be indifferent between the two, however the maintenance will be a little heavier on the maserati then the aston. I know that for a fact as I considered a Quattroporte back in the day and went through the scheduled maintenance and other services. However, its not Ferrari bad, but considering its an italian marque, be prepared to pay a bit Let us know what you do Cheers |

The Vantage is the best-looking under $100k. The only thing that looks better is the Alfa Romeo 8C. I also like the Audi R8 and the new Jaguar XK.

For 100k, and the only criteria being beautiful and sporty...
Beauty alone, Aston Martins and Maseratis are tough to beat. Add sporty, and you get P cars, Audi R8, etc. Go drive some and get what you like. |

I was going to say 8C also, but they only built 500. Good luck buying one for 100k.
Also, I don't see how anyone can even suggest an RX7 along cars like Aston Martins, Porsches and Maseratis. They look decent but not that great, and surely aren't on the same level. Same goes for 15 year old NSXs. |
