Spotted a Lambo Reventon!

Was meeting a friend at Sushia on Sunset in West Hollywood, and I see three Lambo's parked back to back, in the middle was a Reventon, my heart dropped...I asked the owner the number, he said it was #10 of 20 (21 if you count the one that Lambo holds at their museum#00), honestly believe it or not, I have loved this car since the end of 2007, I saw one at the LA Auto Show (#00), and one at Sema (#12), but nothing like seeing it on the street. If the owner only knew the love I had for this car, and the hours I spent reading watching videos online and how happy it made me seeing it, I was having a real bad night till I saw this car. I have to say, I was thinking the car would be loud, but when he turned it on, I was shocked, even when he pulled off, didn't sound as loud as I thought it would. The owner was a real nice guy.
Number 10 MARKED! haha, and yes he has Arabic plates driving up and down Sunset. US Street legal? Didn't see any amber lights on the front bumper, or red reflectors on the rear.
