Who exactly should be tried? So far these are one sided accusations where no one has even been charged with anything. I guess in Saudi Arabia you don't have to be charged with a crime to be put on trial, if there are even trials there.

First of all, I'm not a Saudi and second if you read the article and have been watching the news you would see that this isn't about some folks hiding behind innocents - this about the systematic killing of several innocent Iraqi killings as revenge for the killing of some of our soldiers. Some have gone so far as to equate this with the MaiLai massacre during the Vietnam war.

Dude, leave it alone...there is no proof of any wrongdoing and nobody has been charged with anything. Unless you were there then wait until the facts are in before accusing people which you obviously have a political disagreement with.

if it is true, they should be tried, but not in a nation that will cut your hands off for shoplifting. I don't think they would get a fair trial there. Here, maybe not here either, maybe a 3rd party country, like Turkey. The case with Japan was different because I doubt they believe in the kind of punishment that the Iraqi government doles out.
