First lost boost paddle now Driver Restraint System Malfuction

Have appt next week to diag why the boost paddle on my M60 stopped working. Now yesterday after charging vehicle at a local EA, this error pops up Driver Restraint System Malfunction. Car is demanding to be driven immediately to service. Tried to perform seat calibration, that did nothing. Error is constant and will not leave front screen. If I dismiss the error from steering wheel, message returns and interferes with screen. annoying as hell

Wow, that sounds like it could be either a tensioner issue or a wiring issue in the monitoring system in the seat. Would fully retracting the belt to the stop position, pulling it all the way out, and then letting it fully retract again (without banging the glass!) before use, change anything? I wonder.
