Have you seen new (well just found it myself) app called EVPal.
It’s like Waze for chargers. We can share if station is busy and if there is line share how many cars in line info. So the more use it the better. Like Waze.

Nice, I'll check it out. I was looking forward to trying out the fast charger at a grocery store nearby the other day -- only to find the only spots that weren't taken were out of service.

Have not heard of that app, but have looked though the Plugshare app which I think has the same abilities, but not sure.

I have charged away from home once. Longer trips, my husband wants to take his Lightning. It definitely sounds interesting though, I will probably download it.

I've played with PlugShare (now owned by Rivian I believe) but it doesn't work in CarPlay unless you get a subscription.
