I had no problem just bailing when the buffering got intolerable, but somehow knew somebody, somewhere was going to file a law suit over it.

that fight was a joke. i watched it and yes it was blurry and stopped streaming at times. it was just a money grab, i feel sorry for the people that bought tickets to the event. utterly devoid of any drama.

mike didnt take a dive, he's just old and his legs are weak. its hard work getting punched in the face and he's 30+ years past his prime. i like mike, not hating on him at all, he's just too old.

There is truth in this, but if you read the rules, and watch the replays in slow motion, you can certainly tell that Mike wasn't going 100%.

Yeah... you might want to do a little reading on that case. 2nd degree burns from coffee that McD's knew was too hot from previous complaints and out of court settlements. Where this lady lost credibility was when, a couple years later, she tried it again on purpose with another fast food place.

However suing Netflix over a broadcast that really had no effect or physical damage is ridiculous. I hope you can agree with me on that point.

BUT, I can see the point as I am sure there was a significant amount of gambling that took place. Lots to be implicated when the result is predetermined.

But if the suit is strictly over the quality of the Netflix stream, then.....
