Hi there! I'm trying to configure a 550e and was wondering if the only way to get heated front seats is to order the Luxury Seating Package? Or are the heated front seats standard? It's not really clear...

That would be a gross example of shrinkflation if heated seats were extra. Standard in Canada.

I'm pretty sure that heated seats are standard. Ventilated seats and passenger seat presets are only available in the luxury seating package.

They are listed in the standard equipment for the front passengers. You can see this if you scroll down before you select "Build Yours". If you want them for the rear seat passengers, though, the luxury seating package is the only way to make that happen.
