04 645 active radiator,

Hi I've had this car for ages now, and up till recently, i didn't even know it should have the active radiator flaps in front of the actual rad,. (not till i read my codes and it said it had a fault with it)(cos it wasn't there), i had a few jobs to do on the old girl and , removed the front bumper to refit the headlights and indicators previously removed (condensation and blown ballast), and set on to fit the new shutter. the thing wont fit you cant fit it from the front of the car , as there is very little content on the 645 on utube has any one done this or know how to refit the blind to the old girl ,
i have other problems with this car but i thought id post this first, , as im looking at it
thanks
Steve

I've just noticed something, the picture of the "dirty" engine bay where the red screws are circled there are 2 screws directly in front , don't tell me my local Indy didn't see these?. is this where the active rad hold on to?.. were we trying to mount it too far back?
