2009 NAIAS, any advise for hotel and parking?
planning to attend this event.

If you want to stretch your budget you can stay at the new Caesars Casino and Hotel accross the river in Windsor. The Canadian dollar is down right now so you can save some dough there... Cobo Center is less then 3 miles from the Casino, but you do have to go through the border..
I know that Nissan is drasstically reducing their budget for auto shows because of the current economy situation, and I wouldn't be surprised that other makers will do the same, which will make for a dull show. If you do go, take pics of the Z4!! |

Every time I've gone to the show, I stay at the Ritz Carlton in Dearborn. Nice hotel, and the rates normally aren't that bad. As for parking, I just park as close as I can, there are plenty of garages around COBO.
