good watches under 500?

little brother just graduated from high school, got into a pretty good school, so i thought id get him a watch, but around 500. anything good you guys could reccomend?

Invicta Russian Diver line is pretty cool, but very large - over 50mm case. Some people knock them becuase they are sub-$1000, but they are good watches.

Seiko and Citizen are good watches, as are the Victorinox.

Citizen Eco-Drives are in that price range. Great watches and you'll never have to worry about a battery since they're solar powered.

I have an Invicta 9937 coin bezel. I would highly reccomend it. I paid about $350-$375 range. The msrp on the watch is about $899

How about a Louis Vuitton Wallet (Damier) $200-$300...chicks dig it (especially cashiers) esp when you pull out a nice expensive wallet...shows you have class and taste (IMO)
