For true authenticity I bet you'd need a minor widebody kit.

Not worth it.

The M3 is bloated already as is... if you added all that stuff you'd probably be close to $100k with labor. (Maybe even more) Not to mention, once you get past $70k, you'd be better off with a GT-R anyways.

Your arguement doesn't really cover the same subject in the first part of your sentance as the last part. The M3 is bloated (weight wise?) so that means that a price increase to make it less bloated isn't warranted? The e46 M3 CSL tallied up to around $130k+. Somewhere in that ballpark. Definitely more than $100k though. Half of it is the performance, which can be bested, but the other half is the exclusivity and the namesake. The only real difference in this scenario is that this wasn't store bought.

seriously no csl whores up in here . of course within the price range you can buy other cars but that is not what this topic is about .

there are many people out there with converted m3s totaling about $130-150k. obviously this is for the true csl whore but given the car built this way i don't see why it wouldn't dominate.

PS: the csl didn't have a widebody kit. shared the same parts with the regular m3 just different rear bumper and front i believe. if your talking about a widebody, are you speaking of the flossman gtr kit which is also .
