dad just got me the SL550 Silver Arrow Edition...#1 of 550!!!!

My god, I'm just blown away...I know this goes in the off topic section but I just wanted to post here cause I know alotta you guys dont go there too often...although my E93 is gone, I'll still be dropping by the website...I just searched through a buncha benz forums, and none of them meet the caliber of e90post, so I know I'll miss it...hope you guys enjoy your cars!

Still a member of the BMW family though, my sis still has her E90

lol...i love the fact that its #1 that adds so much to sentimental value alone...i was getting my SLR ready and it started raining really hard...sucks cause it was 100 degrees in NY today...thank god i got the car cover over it literally 10 seconds before the rain started coming down

lol...probably gonna have to go through the same phase on the MB forum that i join that i had to go through here...get flamed for the first couple of weeks, then people will start helping...but i dont mind.

no...its a SL. smaller 2 seat coupe. thats pretty awesome ride for being 17....

The SL is the 2 door roadster. My only piece of advice, unless you go to school in a really ritzy area, be careful keeping your car in the lot. Envious people can tend to turn into assholes that key your car.

its not ritzy but its not bad either...im not gonna bring it to school till i have a parking pass from the principal...

He has a SL550.
Its a 2door coupe.
A Raodster.

Bigger than the SLK smaller than the CL
Actually i guess its not really like the CL.
Thats just a large coupe.
This is an amazing roadster.
Probably a convert.

Well, grats to you. Just be careful driving it around in the city. The streets aren't exactly smooth lol. I almost bottomed out on my e92 getting on the triboro bridge due to some random ass dip in the road.

Even with a base price of $111,000, this is not the nicest car i have seen in the hands of a guy in HS...

Anyway, the new SL is really a well designed and engineered machine and i'm sure you will enjoy it immensely! Just be safe out there, and try not to show off too much... or else you may get keyed...
