How do you clean your watch

Recently bought a sub and was researching how to keep it looking new and clean...

I ended up buying some Simichrome polish. This shit cleans stainless steel like nothing and leaves a crazy shine.

What do you guys use?

Wasn't it suppose to look brushed instead of polished? Oh no, what have you done to your watch. Now it looks like an Breitling instead of an PRO tool watch

As for keeping it clean, toothbrush and soap, rinse it clean and voila.

I take it to the Rolex dealer where I bought it. Free cleanings. You do not want to polish it too much if you have any intention of selling it later on. It will affect the value. I Currently own an SS Daytona (last version) and waiting for the ceramic bezel one so I want top dollar for my current one when I sell it.
Otherwise, polish all you want!
