The damage a knee can cause
My fellow martial arts brothers,
I'm mostly into kickboxing myself and one of the trade mark moves my gym / coach teaches me is the proper use of the knees. Few weeks ago, at Bellator 158 London, I saw that bad motherfucker Michael Venom page hit Cyborg Santos with a vicious knee to the head. The resulting injury is stunning. Check the video for the k.o. by the knee and the damage caused.
