Looks real cool, but do I really want to consent to the License Agreement and Terms?

Exclamation iDrive Player download

In that vein, also download the BMW iDrive player.

You can watch BMW commercials, news, listen to internet radio (3000+ channels ). And all this in an I-Drive interface. It even comes with a Start/Stop button (danke to Alex Baumann for originally pointing this out to me).

No but it's pretty self explanatory. Happily, Radio in German is Radio in English.

You can also record (aufnahme).

I wasn't referring to you, but to the guy who started this thread.

And if you don't think this is relevant, tell me what you think of the 1-800-Flowers gift certificate promoter who made that his 1st post in this forum.

Well, if you had done your homework, you would see that Saurav has over 200 posts on B'fest. That would make him an unlikely candidate for spamming E90post.com.

And your post immediately followed mine, so if you want to refer to a specific post as opposed to the post immediately preceding, you need to learn how to use the quote tool when you post to avoid confusion.

4 posts is not equal to 270 posts. Scroll up and it's obvious who I was and wasn't talking about. Enjoy your spyware.

Welcome to e90post.com. Hope you don't take the spyware paranoia personally. We just receive so much junk mail, junk email, junk faxes, marketing calls during the course of the day, I've become the anti-Spam man. Just wish those nice clocks could sit on my desktop without reporting my browser habits.

just a note to all Mac OS X.4 Tiger users, please do NOT install this. but i guess you already figured that one on your own. for those who don't know what i'm referring to, this OS already has a widget gallery installed (dashboard) in the core of the OS, which actually works and is safe to use. it runs on a mac after all.

The clock is cool. I have been using it for couple of months now and have no problems with Yahoo Widgets. It really has some nice useful widgets. I have it on XP and WIN2K.

good, so now you have 2 widget engines running at the same time, eating up more resources and making things "dirtier." one engine runs natively under your OS, is utilized to run transparently in the background and optimized for minimal memory and bandwidth consumption and taking advantage of Tiger's core services such as core image and quartz. the other, yahoo, engine doesn't do any of that, but also puts a lot of weight on the system, is not natively supported, etc, etc. the main thing is though that you have a BMW clock on your desktop whenever you want. that's a good one!
