How is Dinan Pronounced?
I know; it's kind of a silly question, but I always pronounced Dinan like Deye-nan.
I've heard that some people pronounce it Di-nan (like the same i sound in dig). I was curious what the correct pronunciation was.

correcto.
i took a tour of the dinan facility in morgan hill with steve dinan back in 2004. that's how he pronounced it.

that said, majority of the people in the bay area pronounce it die-nen. i always snicker when i hear somebody call in dee-nin or something else.
