that sounds good.

I have a piece of wild salmon and some vegetables... which I will bake with some olive oil when I get home. and of course a tall glass of ice water to go with it.

Salmon ...My favorite fish , but bake ? Not bad , bud personal I prefere to cook my Salmon but hold it under the cook point ...After I put it a night in my fridge and the next day , I'm on it with fresh salad and a hard-boiled cold egg with self made cocktail sause .

yeah try it with some oil and brown sugar on top.

love well done fish, but also appreciate a properly cooked fish.

Somewhere in there is also daurade royale, grise, racasse, and rouget. Also, seche, poulpe, palourde, and crevette. Le bouillon was safranne parfume a la langoustines.

Had it with a bottle of 2013 soliste soleil rouge de Pinot.

I had an Abalone last month. It was only enough for 2 to have few bites, and costed $25+

On a serious note: You are saying the moules were outstanding ...Remember like I said to you about the month/s ... That's why they are even better now with the full taste , It's all about the "R" .

When I was reading the word safranne...I was sold , it's because I really like Paella with the safranne too .
Anyway I'm seeing always that you know what good menu's are ....
