I am fairly certain "implied open" would most likely lower, but intraday would be more important. If imp open down, and intra was higher, there are lots of investors/traders who are betting market will be bullish short term +.

Update:

So since the car accident happened on Monday I called Progressive (other drivers insurance) since we last heard of them on Tuesday I did a follow up call. I left a voicemail to said drivers adjuster and he called me back rather quickly. He wanted me to send pictures of the damages, etc... I sent him pictures then called the police department and they confirmed the accident report was ready.

I just got back to work after taking 2 hours (Miami traffic BLOWS). The report indicates that said driver got a citation for causing the accident. Report was emailed and faxed to the adjuster. WIN. Since the Mustang can still be driven fine, I'm going to one of their so called offices to have it appraised on Monday morning. Given that the car is basically 3 years old (got it June 2012, though its a 13') how do I go about filing a diminished value claim? Can someone school me on this? Regardless, just glad that Progressive will take care of this so wifey is happy.

Progressive sent me a check for less than $200 to repair the rear driver's quarter panel when I got backed into by one of their customers a few years ago. I still haven't cashed the check because dragging it out, making them report to the State as potentially lost funds, generally being an accounting PITA is the only way I can stick it to them.

Thanks. I think I said before a Ford body shop gave me a ballpark figure around $2k-$2.8k for damages so I'll see what Progressive says. Not sure if I should have Ford do the repairs as their body shop is rather far from me or take it to a reputable shop near me.

Progressive was more than generous for me so far.

One of our accident case from April is still open. After talking with progressive, we think the idiot is trying to milk the insurance company.
