No I don't think it is possible to have a 5 hour marathon session. As you a dude, I don't care how much Test you are on there is no way you can reload enough times to continue. As far as ladies go; unless you are a battle hardened porn star you will probably be quite sore after 2 or 3 hours tops. Unless of course the guy doing the drilling is packing only 4in on his best day. And I'm speaking from experience as a former whore.
