It all depends on the situation, if a vehicle is parked in a fire lane or blocking apparatus from reaching a fire. In NYC, that act could constitute the crime of criminal mischief. There are also legal alternatives to deal with the person who has placed his vehicle or other property in the way of FF operations.

But what about all the hunnie dips in midtown, the eye candy in Manhattan must be stellar in the summer...... Think Detroit where I work...6 families/ standard 3 family New England ballon frame filled with over all sub par humans. The college is nice though in the spring. I would actually hang outside and people watch in NYC When I do that at work the crazies come out to party
