+1. I've had Ray-Ban and currently wear Persols (made much better than RB). Thinking about picking up a pair of Oliver Peoples too if they fit my face.

Revo, I have tried everything, I always end up leaving my new glasses in their case and wearing my old revos. So, now I just keep buying revos.
Until recently they had glass lenses which were very scratch and damage resistant, I believe Oakley bought the company and my lenses went away. I have two pair of the "new" ones, the new lenses definitely show wear faster |

I had a pair of Revo before but returned it and kept the Ray Bans instead. I don't match with the sporty brands like Oakley, Revo, etc. Ray Ban is probably my favorite. I just wish their lenses were as good as Maui Jim. I heard Maui Jim's customer service is excellent so I'm going with them this time around.

Thanks for the info, I (obviously) did not research it on my own, I was just remembering what I was told by someone behind the counter.

Got a Rayban aviator & wayfarer.
Used to wear an Oakley Fivesquared Ducati edition but lost it 3 times. I bought same one again & again but it never stood over 1year.

I bought these glasses when I was 13 years old and still have them, the box, and the receipt. If a 13 year old kid can do that, you should be able to also. ![]() ![]() |

I tried Oakley but their metal frames always broke within 2 months. I do have a pair of Flak Jackets that haven't broken yet but the left lens is loose. I prefer Ray Ban.
