Ferrari was untouchable in the race, the midrange acceleration and battery deployment is impressive. Reminds me of the Merc Brazil PU.

Even though RBR changed rear brake pad material on both cars in Parc Ferme both suffered brake issues. Max had brake warnings after lap 3.

Yuki the only RBR/AT to score points, who took that bet?

Lando may be kicking himself for signing a long term contract with McLaren.

Bottas could have got a podium but for a terrible start.

Mercs were very quick, car just handles poorly at the moment. Merc will turn up the PU after they sort their handling issues, Customers will have to wait for jet mode.

I'm shocked at how many people have forgot just how good Charles is.

Even from their karting days, everyone knew Max and Charles are future WDC and rivals.

It’s ridiculous right? It seems like it should’ve been clear to anyone paying attention these past years. I’ve been waiting for him to get a car. And I love that you can really see that he gives it everything.

I've been waiting for this rivalry for years. Charles is ELITE and one of the few people that know how to challenge or beat Max. I'm really happy to see Carlos flourishing at Ferrari because he's an excellent driver but unless RB really screw the car up, he's not capable of beating Max.

I think we might see Charles as the WDC this year. I love both of them and it's hard for me to be upset with either result but Max will win my support by a small margin - his karting career was just insane.

Yea, when I saw him let Max through I smiled. He’s too ruthless a racer to think that was unintentional. Gonna be a good season. Hopefully Merc and Mclaren get it together. I really want to see Lando (my other young fave), George, and Ham in the mix too.

SAI needs to grow into a championship.
SAI was faster than NOR when he drove at mcLaren (2 years in a row).
SAI was faster than LEC last year at Ferrari.
Now LEC is faster, but in a few months.... IDK.

Norris was still a kid.

Sainz scored more points last year but he wasn't better than Charles.

He can improve over the years but when we're talking about intangibles and people with racing in their DNA, Max and Charles are on another level.
