Blazing every now-and-then, just like drinking every-now-and-then, isn't bad. You can die from alcohol poisoning. You can't die from smoking too much herb in a day. Anyways... A lot of non-Cali folks won't understand. |

one could say smoking marijuana is synonymous with the california lifestyle and there is definitely a strong historical standing with the drug. Take Bay Area for example, a rich thriving area full of culture and affluence.... and alot of bud

Thats fantastic! YOU are entitled to make that choice without being penalized. and i should be able to smoke pot without being penalized/discriminated against.
then again, no matter what happens here, i laugh --> cause pot's still smokin' HAH! guess what im doing right at this very moment in time. just guess.

I used to smoke alot more than I do now but I have been getting sick of it recently. But even if I quit I will never consider marijuana a drug in the same league as any of the others.
In fact, alcohol is more dangerous, kills far more people, and is far more addicting than marijuana will ever be. For some reason I will never understand why pot is illegal when alcohol is legal. Makes no sense. But, I don't care, becuase I will continue to smoke regardless of the legality of it, it is just too damn easy to get away with (provided you're not a retard). I do see myself quitting down the road though. No question it affects you in some negative ways. Smoking anything is bad for you. |

Dabbled in regular recreational marijuana smoking in the past, I haven't touched any in a year though. Haven't touched tobacco in about 2 months (and going strong). Also haven't gotten all sauced up save for occassional bottle of wine. Just making some life adjustments.
I, too never classified pot in the same categories as other recreational drugs. I always thought its lower impact than cigarettes to be honest, its definitely more natural and devoid of man-made additives. I was never hooked on it eventhough I enjoyed it and I never thought of myself as a less contributing member of society either. Sometimes I do miss those pot-induced snacking and adult swim nights at home with friends, after a long intense week

god. i remember once i went to an argentinian steakhouse and racked up a $400USD bill, just for myself. keep in mind, i probably smoked a duffle bag of the shit before hand. but god damn, was it worth it. i think that meal has set the standard for any munchie-pig out session. but as i say, you have to make those kinds of things special, dont over do it. see, that way, you remember how good it was. ahh yess. now ive got millions of memories coming back to me. ahh yess... good times
