Actually I see a lot of clues of the 3.0 CSL on it. I agree though, the grille is too much... but even though I love it because that is the most polarizing BMW since the 2004 6 series. drop the ridiculous side bumper/bonnet abomination and you've got your batmobile!!

Its funny I see why people don't love it but there are parts of it that I think are absolutely brilliant. The front is the worst.... I hope we don't have to get too familiar with the massive oversized kidneys.
The good news is that no production car would be made this overstyled and if you "destyle" it a bit as the photoshop shows this car has some awesome potential.

Here's my opinion

Front end: failure, it looks too wrong. Did BMW hire someone from Hamann for that ? Id say the front end requires total redesign

Front fenders integrating to hood etc looks wrong. This can be easily redesigned and fixed though

Rear end: id say exciting! A toned down version would turn out nice on a production car
