Roast whole fresh chicken last night cooked in a ninja with a special sauce which wifey won't tell me what it was, with 'cooked on top' small potatoes and boiled from frozen veg.

A yellow cake with chocolate/cream cheese frosting. Just one candle; if I put them all on there we'd have to have the fire brigade present when lighting the candles.

I've enjoyed drinking Scotch whiskey for decades and also enjoyed gin & tonic in the warmer months, but it just doesn't appeal to me anymore.

I did, Esteban; modest portions at my age. My activity level has decreased as I age and I've tried to reduce my food intake so as not to put on the pounds. I did have a nice big slice of birthday cake, though!

Does cake on your birthday have any calories?
