Yesterday it was Costco jalfrezi with basmati and mixed salad of which there was a lot leftover so finishing it off today with a room temp IPA ale.

Tonight we are making a breakfast skillet (sausage, bacon, eggs, diced potatoes, etc) on our flat top grill. I recently added a flat top insert into my Weber grill. It has been working out really well. But if I want to roast something, or cook a steak I would have to take the insert out and put the cooking grates back in.
