Let's look at the games this year, We should have beaten the Cheifs except for two BULLSHIT calls. Baltimore came down, in my opinion, to Edelman's fumble which is rare for him. If that Baltimore game was at home that would have been a win a well. We should be 12-2 if not 13-1 if just one thing went a tiny bit different in the Ravens game. Brady is playing fine all season he has had a very weak O line which means no deep passes and also few receivers who are reliable. He needs someone to throw the ball to. To quote his wife, "He can't throw and catch the ball"

Now long term assuming we could keep Garoppolo here his entire career sure move on I guess but if Tom has 3 more good years the Patriots and Kraft own him that if not more and to earn Top $$$. Agree with everything you said. I just couldn't believe hearing one of the morning shows talk about TB and them questioning if this were the beginning of the end. I mean come on....everyone has that "bad day" and even when he has them....he usually pulls something out and gets a win.

2) A Bengals staff member was seated in the press box when a videographer sat down in front of him and began filming. The Bengals approved the video recording ahead of time.

3) They patriots use an independent production crew for its "Do Your Job" video series. Independent contractors who shot the video, are cincinnati locals.

4) The Patriots video crew immediately turned over the footage, which is contained on a memory card. They could have deleted it or claimed they were not filming.

according to sources at the NFL, the sideline filming is nothing more than what you would get with any normal nfl broadcast. They would have to be extremely stupid to film the coaches from the press box where, you guessed it, the media would all see what is going on and immediately be on twitter reporting it. The amount of clicks you would get for breaking the story that the Pats were filming sidelines again would instantly catapult a career.

The thing that no one seems to talk about is, if the Pats were doing all this illegal stuff, there would be at least one whistleblower by now. Former players, former staff, anyone with a grudge, etc. and there are none.

Look at the Astros. A former player goes to a new team and mentions "Hey my old team the astros did this to signal pitches so watch out for it." and now we know what the Astros were doing. That hasnt happened yet for the Pats.

The BROWNS approved filming ahead of time. The Bengals were not notified which was why it was the Bengals that brought it up and not the Browns.

If they had notified the Bengals ahead of time, this is probably a non story, but typically, when you are doing filming that is not part of scouting, you only notify the home team since its their stadium.
