Sainz thinks he could have gotten a podium, but if Danny Ric was holding him off I think it would've been a bit of a long shot if he had to battle Lando for the podium. Danny credits the dogfight with Sainz for learning more on the limits of his car in battle. Hopefully that will translate to continued results for the honey badger.

Lando has been killing it this season. Consistent, good race craft, and the car is complimentary to his style. Really come into his own.

Useless to say , if the HONDA PU has to be replaced by the damage...The limited number of 3 PU's over the whole season is a big issue !

The g/box for sure but with the PU I have high hopes that the 'cushioned' side impact may bring it out intact, the question is how g/box input shaft impacted on crankshaft connection.
