Nice shot, DC. Maybe a bit of a left tilt? Or is it just the angle of the far shoreline fooling my eyes?

The shoreline curves there, but I always struggle with whether I should "correct" because the viewer may be distracted and think it's tilted. About half the time, I'll level an important line, even though I know I've got it correct and the camera was level. This was so far off that I thought it might be obvious, but apparently not. I'm more likely to "correct" when the lines are off only a degree or two.

Thanks for the feedback. I still struggle with the issue. I know how to "fix" it.

If I had legs like that, I'd probably veer away from the vertical now and again . . . . . especially after a wee dram !

Nice shot David.

You're right Joey, it does look cool, and intriguing almost. The hint of traffic and buildings out of focus, makes you really look at the image.
Looks like your Canon EOS REBEL T3i has auto-focused on whatever that is in the foreground.
Interesting shot.

Agree - that's a really cool shot.

Nice job Itsed - looking on your flickr account, you seem to have several nice pics from there.

Thanks! I love this time of year in California wine country, The grapes are ripening, but the crowds are smaller, and it's easy to wander the vineyards and get cool shots.

This female northern harrier had just snagged a mouse and was taking it somewhere to eat it. Foggy day at Point Reyes.
