Stuffing: breadcrumbs, parmesan, prosciutto, chopped walnuts, parsley, onions, garlic, lemon zest, herbs, s&p

With salad, and orchard fresh apple for dessert.

Don't know what I was thinking. Got the Butter Beast burger which is 1lb of ground beef. Felt like there should have been a timer like it was an eating competition.

Sadly I did eat all of it...the server even said I did better than most people, made me feel fat..ter.

Last Friday, I made enough dough for two small pizzas. I took the second half out of the freezer before going to work this morning and gave it another kneading before spreading it out on the cooking sheet.

Nothing special. Just basic toppings.
