RB are doing everything to the best of their ability with the equipment and staff they have. Last I saw they weren't running around like headless chickens clutching tyres asking where the wheels went.

Again, you question Toto’s leadership - a guy who has lead a team to the top of F1 a number of years in a row, but you make excused for RB who continually come up short.

Obviously RB’s “best” as you state just isn’t good enough.

Plus the difference there was that the tyres weren't ready because of miscommunication at Monaco but in Sakhir the tyres were all mixed up when BOTH cars came in at once..

The tyres were mixed up at Sakhir because of a radio failure that affected part of the pit crew.

Red Bulls cock up at Monaco followed an incomprehensible pit strategy for Ricciardo at the previous race in Spain where they switched him during the race to a three stop strategy which cost him another win gifting it to Verstappen.
