For lunch: Leftover corned beef, Russian dressing, sauerkraut, baby swiss cheese on sourdough (no rye in house, but this might have been better), oven toasted and eaten with a pickle. F yeah. |

Ok so my BB isn't sending pics via email for some reason, but I just cooked up some dank oriental cuisine: some shanghai bok choy mixed with bean curd, some cabbage with green onions and chinese pork sausage, some ginger roasted turkey, and some pickled seasoned radishes, all served with mixed greens some sticky rice. So fucking good.
Anyone got any oriental recipes? Totally willing to learn some.

Just bbq'ed some chicken...this is about 3.5lbs I think. Another 3.5lbs on the grill and 7lbs in the freezer.
Was $14 for 14lbs of chicken at Sams....hells yeah. |

I just had a great idea. I made a grilled cheese on Tuscan bread and added a spoon full of giardiniera relish. Fucking awesome. Heat is determined by how much relish you use It's a keeper.
