I love the E92 LCI or not... but it seems like all of these other designs look so futuristic compared to the E92.
BMW is maintaining that smooth sportscar look and feel. Some of the other ones (CTS Coupe and Benz E class) look too bloated and plasticy. The only one that comes close to the look of the E92 is the Audi S5. But it's still an Audi and looks way too simple and not as elegant as the E92.

personally i choose an audi A5 over any one of those cars. the new Audi is a hell of a car IMO The 3 series doesnt do any justice, they need to remodel that car, why is the E90 and the E92 so different? the E46 coupe and the E46 sedan were quite similar. they messed up big time making 2 different 3 series cars. if they make an E92 coupe with a E90 rear end then we're talking. keeping the traditional look of the E36 & E46 line. sorry guys.

It is quite sad that 3 series already looks dated.
E46 still looks good. True timeless design.

There are a lot of OEM wheels which look better than those from the picture...
I don t know why u guys say that the e92 has a bad lookin' interior... Maybe the versions without professional nav... I voted for the 3 because I think it's the best by far... |

I ain't about the navi, its the whole interior design theme. I personally have no problem with it, but like professionals say, it is a bit "cold". When I get into an Audi, it feels nice and warm.

its the shape of the dash its too flat unlike the curvy welcoming feel of the E46 the way it curves into the driver. even the E46 coupe door panels are awesome looking i love the interior in my E46 it feels "warm" like you said about the audi.

I did the same. I went in there thinking I will vote for 3 series, ended up voting for A5 and E-class. I did vote for one 3 series because I felt like a traitor.

Call me crazy, but I like the CTS Coupe. It's nice to see an American car with such a bold, unique design and a level of quality that is finally beginning to be on-par with that of other luxury automakers in terms of fit-and-finish. This negative dogma surrounding the ability of American car companies to make a good product isn't as believable as it once was. Don't get me wrong, I know there are a lot of shitty American cars out there, though that trend is slowly but surely changing.
To be honest though, I still think that the Pre-LCI E92 is one of the best looking cars on the road today in my opinion. I love its lines, finely sculpted and powerful, understated yet aggressive.
