Oh, hey guys!

Nice little toys you have there, I bet they're fun for playing sheriff. Here is what I carry, it's a real man's gun.

and I do have a Wilson Combat CQB Elite in 9mm hard chrome and a Les Baer Thunder Ranch Special customized by John Harrison.... along with a Nighthawk Custom GRP Recon on order.

I also have a Dan Wesson CBOB as my carry gun and my wife has an STI Off Duty, 9mm.

I only shoot 1911s

To the OP... Congrats! Take it to the range and enjoy.... and good luck finding ammo right now
Don't gotta worry about that; my dad has a few pistols including a 226, I'm sure he has more than enough laying around, haha.

Those are some damn nice weapons you've got on your hands btw!

Love Sigs. I have a P220ST .45 - Nice to shoot but heavy to carry. I keep a Walther PPS .40 with me most times. If any of you guys are looking for a nice carry, look at the PPS.

Nothing wrong with buying used handguns, but it is just like buying a used car: you need to check it out very closely and know what to look for in that particular model. If you know someone who is pretty knowledgeable about handguns, see if you can drag them along to look at them too. My Glock 23 was purchased used over 17 years ago, and it is still going strong!

And just like car dealers, many gun dealers don't know shit. I've heard nearly as much misinformation in a gun store as on a car dealer lot, sometimes more!

That is very nice, but if you want a single action semi-auto handgun with a thumb safety, that design has been long perfected.........

.....it's called a M1911!!!

Nothing wrong with it, just take it to a gunsmith to have it checked out
