The first two were obviously a joke, you know, before the list actually started. But, yes, I am - but just kind of.

Fatties. Just because your girth exceeds the comfortable allotted space given to you within your seat doesn't mean you may encroach on my seat.

Just because every seat is separated by arm rests doesn't mean you can put your elbows up on both and dangle your shit on my side of the arm rest, or in my seat. I hat not being able to sit back and cross my arms because somebodies fat elbow is in my seat.

Must be wild sitting on the lee side of the plane and being able to look straight down the runway you're about to land on.

+1

I'm 6'4 so I feel your pain. I've almost had my laptop screen broken because of the person infront of me so violently slammed his seat back not even thinking about what I was doing behind him.

The babies crying thing, while annoying, it's hard for me to fault. Babies cry, especially on planes. The best the parents can do it try to give them some medicine beforehand. Now... if they are over the age of 3 they need a muzzle.

People who wear too much perfume/cologne.

Kids who play their handheld game systems without headphones.

Hyper kids.

Noisy kids.

Kids.

People who try to get seated better by telling the flight attendant that they have "restless leg syndrome" or some other stupid ailment that drug companies made up.

People who pack a huge carryon and then get up mid-flight and take the whole thing down and unpack it in the aisle to get something out of it.

I hate those who rush boarding and sat in your "exit row" or "bulkhead" or "the one next to an empty seat" hoping no one will occupy unitl you show up and show him/her ur boarding pass telling "excuse me sir, can I have my seat?"

Then he/she will give you "mofo" face for sitting in our own assigned seat....

Haha,

I used to be a very frequent bus traveler and can relate to al of the pet peeves listed.

Then I quit the mgmt consulting career, had kids, and am now one of "those people" when i travel.

Sorry guys and gals, kids can be reprimanded for kicking the seat in front of them, but there's only so much you can do to keep kids ages three and five occupied for a 3+ hour flight...

Tricks include:

inflight entertainment, coloring books, ipod touch, portable dvd player....

Buit to be honest, If you're flying to a kid friendly destination (Orlando comes to mind) it should be somewhat expected...

Had this happen to me once. I got on the plane, and I found a guy already sitting in my seat. He said it was because my seat had a power outlet, and his seat (directly behind me, on the aisle) didn't. So, I let him take my seat, and I sat in his. He got paid back for taking my seat when a 400 lb woman sat next to him in the middle seat. This was a six hour flight.

I believe that kids should have to ride in the cargo bay with the rest of the luggage. They can take their entertainment devices with them, lol.

The worst flight I ever had was a 6 hour NYC -> SFO, in the bitch seat with a 400lbs hunk of shit to my left and a guy of Arabic decent to my right that reeked of B.O.

I had 10 vodka tonics on that flight.

When people are too fat to fit in the seats and try to put up the armrests. I never feel bad about telling somebody, "Sorry, I didn't pay $400 to cuddle with you for 3 hours."

If you don't fit in the seat, either buy two seats or upgrade to first class! Clearly you can afford to stuff your face in order to get so fat, so spending an extra couple hundred dollars for a seat shouldn't be too much of an issue.

The last time i rode a plane was horrible. i got to sit next to the fattest/hairiest guy on the plane. During the flight he was reading a book, and every time he flipped the page his arms would scrape against mine.

his arms looked something like this

You're such a snob, why is he a piece of shit and his rap music have to be ghetto?

And, also - just as this time, you didn't read my post last time. You literally wrote almost verbatim what I had just said. I don't remember exactly, but I said something like - I can understand if that is all they have or their only choice or something. And then you're like, you are such a snob wahwahwah, it's the only choice they have.

Nookah please.

Oh man, I agree. I travel quite a bit and this is one of the things that annoys me the most. If you stand near where the bags come out, that's one thing. But the people that crowd all around the baggage claim like theirs is the only one coming out and no one else matters really annoys me to no end.
