Which includes the roman chair (where you kick your legs up) I do that about 3 sets of 15. Then i do crunches and bicycles on a mat. Then i lay on a bench that is tilted down, and i lift my legs up while holding onto the handle and lift my butt up. So the weight of my legs is being raised by my abs. I have ab definition.. but id like it to be more pronounced.

Then i move onto to arms. I do tricep dips while placing a 10lb weight on my thighs. Then i do pullups (about 3 sets of 12). Then i do leg presses (40 lbs), thigh machines (55lbs), and chest press (35lbs).

If i want to tone even more, what should i do?
Wow Lady your a little underweight.Your Body Mass Index (BMI) is 18. But I admire your focus and determination in your exercises program What part of your body are looking to tone up?

Here's a great exercise to give you more arm strength.
Bicep Curl: Hold two dumbbells to each side, with palms facing in and arms straight. To start a bicep curl, bring one elbow to the side, raise the dumbbell, and rotate the forearm until it is vertical and palm faces shoulder. Lower to original position and repeat with opposite arm. Continue to alternate between sides. A great bottom-Butt exercises is dumbbell Squats,The deadlift, Leg Press, Just remember You should see some progress in 8-12 weeks all of this depends on your body type, genetics, and how hard you train. Good Luck

It depends, dress shoes I'm a 4 1/2, sandals and most everything else I'm a 5, but for some reason the Pumas I just got are a 6...maybe they run small, or I just like my sneakers big.

No but my seat is all the way up and forward so I look stupid as hell, at least I don't lean forward like a granny when I drive. It stinks that I can't see in a lot of cars, and most cars without adjustable height seats. I was going to get an E46 a while ago but I can't see out of them.

i've gotten into one accident and i got hit in the face with the airbag. i had some abrasions on my chin but it could have been worse if there wasn't an airbag.

Sounds like you meant bodyfat scales. Most of these home versions are not particularly accurate, but are precise. They are reassuring when one tones up but is frustrated at lack of change of the absolute value of their weight.

lol. I actually did that in high school when I wrestled and had to make weight. Effective but certainly not recommended.

One of the many reasons why i didnt buy the acura tsx was cause i couldnt see! I had my seat all the way high, and i was looking in btwn the windshield wipers. I couldnt take it, it was bugging me so bad. On my e90 i have the seat all the way high, but since im not too short, i have it pushed back. Perfect fit!
